What methods of payment do we accept?

ONOCAN.com accepts cash on delivery (cash on delivery) and payment by bank card or Apple Pay through Stripe payment processor as payment methods.  span>

What responsibilities do we have regarding the delivered products?

The images presented on the site are actual images of our products, but they may differ in shade or appearance depending on the device on which they are viewed.

In certain situations pthere may be differences regarding the stock of the products on the website compared to the stock their real, which is why each order will be confirmed by phone, if necessary. The order confirmation received by e-mail does not provide any guarantee regarding the reservation of products or stock and has no fiscal value.

https://onocan.com guarantees to replace and/or accept the return of products that will be considered non-compliant with the description on the website or with the customer's expectations within 14 calendar days of their delivery. If there are delays or non-delivery due to the courier company, https://onocan.com no assumes this responsibility, not being in our control. 

The maximum amount of https://onocan.com's obligations to any customer in the case of non-delivery or improper delivery of the purchased products is the value of the amounts collected by our company from the respective customer. In the event that prices or other product details have been displayed incorrectly, including because they have been incorrectly entered into the database, https://onocan.com reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and notify the customer as soon as possible about the error. 

What is the shipping cost?

The cost for delivery in Romania is 20 lei. The cost for international delivery is displayed on the checkout page, based on your country that you selected.
