What does modular handbags mean?
Modular handbags offer the possibility to customize their appearance and functionality by removing or replacing certain components with others of different colors and textures. In the case of ONOCAN handbags, the modular elements include:
- Shoulder strap
- Hand strap
- Flap
Not all models have all these components, but where they are present, they can be detached or changed according to preferences.
How do I know which size is right?
We recommend checking the dimensions of each handbag before ordering (you can find them in the description of each model).
To make it easier for you to see the proportionality of the handbag, we have added photos with a model for each design.
Additionally, on our Facebook and Instagram pages, you can find photos and videos where our handbags are worn by Diana, so you can see how they look and how to incorporate them into your wardrobe.
Are the colors in the photos the same as in reality?
We believe our handbags are even more beautiful in reality! 😊 Of course, beauty is subjective and depends on personal taste.
We have put a lot of care into our photoshoots to maintain the authenticity of the colors, without editing them.
This applies to both the color of the leather and the accessories.

Orders
How do I place an order?
To place an order, visit the product page of your desired item and select the "ADD TO CART" option. After adding the products, click on "CHECKOUT" to proceed. You will be directed to a form where you need to fill in the personal information required for preparing and delivering your package. In the next step, you will choose your preferred payment method: either by Card or Cash on Delivery. If you choose to pay by card, you will enter your card details in a secure process that ensures maximum information protection. Cash on Delivery payment will be made directly to the courier upon receipt of the package. Although both options are available, we recommend paying by card for added security and speed.
How can I cancel an order?
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please send us an email at contact@onocan.com, mentioning your order ID.
You can also reply directly to the confirmation email you received when placing the order.
Ramona will quickly provide you with all the necessary details.
I would like to speak with a person. How do I do that?
For the most efficient and prompt response, we encourage you to email us atcontact@onocan.com, where we reply the fastest. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. We are also available on social media, where you can contact us directly.
Delivery
What is the delivery policy?
All ONOCAN orders in Romania are delivered by FAN Courier.
Once a package is picked up by FAN Courier, they handle the entire delivery process.
While the order is still in our warehouse, we can manage any requests, but once the package is on its way, you will need to contact FAN Courier directly for delivery-related inquiries.
The delivery cost within Romania is 20 lei.
For international deliveries, we work with DHL, and additional details about these deliveries are provided in the next question.
How do international deliveries work?
ONOCAN international deliveries are now handled by DHL, and the process is simple and fast. To order, add the desired products to your cart, then go to the Checkout page. There, you will fill in your contact information and delivery address. On this page, you will see the total cost of your order, including the price of the products and the delivery fee. For international orders, payment can only be made by card. If you have any further questions when ordering an ONOCAN product and requesting delivery outside of Romania, please send us an email atcontact@onocan.com, and we will be happy to assist you. We want our products to reach you intact and safely, so we are always looking for the best options.
My order has not arrived / is lost. What should I do?
We take such situations very seriously. Although the likelihood of something going wrong is very low, if it does happen, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. Send us an email at contact@onocan.com, and we will work together to find the best solutions to resolve the issue.
Return and Exchange
How do I return an order?
Pack the product you wish to return in its original packaging. The products must be returned unused and in their original condition (with all the accessories you received). Then, visit this page: Product Return Form and fill out the Return Form. Ramona will contact you to discuss the return details.
What is the Return Policy?
We want every ONOCAN customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return the product or request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that returned products are new, unused, and include all accessories, with the original packaging intact. Returned products that are damaged, scratched, incomplete, used, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Fill out the return form available here: Product Return Form, and Ramona will contact you as soon as possible.
I'm waiting for a refund. How long could it take?
Depending on the payment method you chose, the refund processing time may vary. For payments made by card, it usually takes no more than 72 hours. For payments made by bank transfer, a refund request typically requires up to 5 business days for the money to be returned to the customer.
What are the warranty conditions and period?
All products sold by ONOCAN are made from high-quality materials and undergo thorough quality control before shipping. The leather we use in our products is 100% natural, and the production process meets the highest quality standards. The warranty represents ONOCAN's assurance of quality for all products purchased from the website www.onocan.com.
We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for products bought from ONOCAN, covering any defects that may be discovered during this period that are not attributable to the buyer.
Warranty Conditions:
We guarantee that products purchased from ONOCAN are authentic, new, and free from defects. It is important to note that repeated use may cause signs of wear, which are not considered defects.
Conditions under which the warranty becomes inapplicable:
- Damage to the product caused by mechanical shocks
- Improper maintenance using inappropriate products or methods
- Defects caused by improper use of the products
- Damage caused by prolonged exposure to severe conditions (heat, fire, water, snow, ice, humidity, etc.)
- Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, fires, or theft
- Damage caused during improper transport, handling, and storage
The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered by the warranty:
- Characteristics of natural leather: veins, small color differences, characteristic marks, and irregularities—these indicate the authenticity and quality of the leather used in ONOCAN products
- Leather treated with vegetable tannin may slightly transfer color to other items during initial use, until the product acquires a unique patina; this phenomenon is not considered a defect
- Small irregularities and imperfections of the products or parts of products handcrafted
Warranty Assurance Methods:
- Product repair
- Product replacement if repair is not possible
- Refund if neither repair nor replacement is possible
Recommendations for Bag Care:
- After each use, it is recommended to clean the leather surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth, and dry them at room temperature. For metal accessories, it is recommended to clean with a dry cloth.
- Avoid overloading the bags.
- Avoid storing near heat sources, moisture, or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
- Protect the bag from objects that may cause scratches, perforations, burns, discolorations, or other damage.
